Visitor management

vistrax is the software for Windows for recording, welcoming and organizing visitors in small and medium-sized companies. Convince yourself of the simple workflow, the extensive functions and the user-friendly operation.

A good first impression with visitors is important and a good reception not only makes an impression on your visitors, but also gives you security and control. It is all the more important that all processes in front of and behind the scenes function and seamlessly overlap. With vistrax you get three applications. The visitor registration and administration, the screen greeting (vistraxWelcome) and the database configuration (vistraxAdmin). In this way, our visitor management software optimally covers the requirements of all users: from IT administrators to reception staff.

Security management

Security is a top priority with vistrax. It is important for us that data sovereignty always remains with you, which is why we are pursuing a no-cloud strategy. All data is stored on your own internal server and cannot be accessed by us or third parties at any time. vistrax remains fully usable without internet access as long as there is a connection to your database server. You get additional security at the reception through digital signatures and the visual identification of your visitors by means of photos. If a visitor is late and overdue, vistrax will mark them with signal symbols and real-time reporting. In emergencies, e.g. in the event of a fire alarm, a list of all visitors present can be displayed or printed out at the push of a button.

On-Screen greeting

The greeting works fully automatically at the check-in. If necessary, you can embellish this process for your visitors with a digital screen greeting. Thanks to the diverse forms of presentation, you can greet individual visitors or, with the help of the tabular greeting, entire groups.

Visitor badges

Create visitor badges using either practical paper labels or high-quality plastic cards. Use the templates supplied or import your own individual design. If necessary, our layout service will be happy to help you implement your individual wishes.

With a valid license key, all software versions can be used that are published up to the end of the update period. These versions can still be used afterwards. However, newly released versions cannot be operated with a license whose update period has expired.
