Shipping and terms of payment

Orders can only be placed by companies and traders. As a small business enterprise or trader without a VAT ID, you can contact us by phone or using the contact form.

Shipping

Shipping costs are only for hardware and consumables. No shipping costs are charged when purchasing licenses and services. The shipping costs are communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Your order is usually shipped with DHL. Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Saturday.

The shipping time can be found on the respective product page or when ordering in the shopping cart system.

Terms of payment

PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer three popular payment methods as PayPal services.

PayPal, direct debit (SEPA compliant) and credit card

Pay with a credit card or direct debit. You don't need a PayPal account!

You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal as well as the payment instruction to PayPal. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

For a purchase on account, you can contact us by phone or using the contact form.

For existing customers, purchase on account can be selected in the ordering process.
